Goal

Triforce Strategies was engaged to help an organization embed AI practices across its operations, ensuring staff could confidently and responsibly use generative AI as a practical augmentation tool. The project aimed to educate employees, identify the most effective AI use cases, and develop a strategic AI roadmap that moved beyond tactical adoption toward measurable transformation.



The ultimate goal was to create an organization-wide foundation of AI literacy, efficiency, 
and innovation, aligning all AI initiatives with the client’s values, compliance standards, and long-term growth objectives.

Challenge

Like many organizations, the client faced limited AI understanding and uneven adoption across departments. While enthusiasm for AI was high, staff lacked the training to apply
it effectively and safely. Leadership also recognized the need for structure and governance to prevent inconsistent or risky AI use.


In addition, there was no clear process for evaluating which operational areas would benefit most from AI integration, nor a strategy to scale pilot successes into sustainable enterprise-wide solutions.

Solution

Triforce Strategies implemented a four-phase AI adoption and enablement program designed to build understanding, identify high-impact use cases, and scale responsible AI usage:

Phase 1 – Education & Training

  • Conducted an AI readiness assessment 
to benchmark organizational knowledge and current use.


  • Delivered interactive training sessions on Generative AI fundamentals, prompt design,
and governance principles.


  • Provided individualized coaching to help staff apply AI in their roles.

Phase 2 – Building Basic Tools

  • Developed AI process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide consistent adoption.

for AI-related workflows and best practices.

Phase 3 – Developing Custom GPTs

  • Designed and implemented custom GPT models for internal use, tailored to departmental needs.


  • Created policies, compliance guidelines, and role definitions to support responsible AI deployment.

Phase 4 – Evolve and Scale

  • Expanded development of internal GPTs.


  • Conducted exploratory sessions on AI agent applications and potential external-facing AI solutions.

RESULT

The phased approach enabled the client to rapidly mature its AI capabilities—from awareness to hands-on adoption. Employees gained confidence using AI tools to streamline daily tasks, leadership obtained clarity on ROI-driven AI opportunities, and the organization established a sustainable framework for AI governance and innovation.
