Max is a transformation consultant with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through complex change. His work combines business process management, project and program leadership, and change management to solve the operational problems that sit between strategy and results.
His central point of view is direct: a successful project is not the same as a successful transformation. New systems, strategies, and programs create value only when people use them, processes support them, leaders govern them, and the new way of working becomes normal.
